Handcrafted in small batches, this soak features pharmaceutical-grade Epsom Salt and an expertly crafted blend of Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary, and Wintergreen. Bath: Add 3 to 4 handfuls to running water for a restorative soak that relieves muscle pain and supports recovery.
Consider adding: Our Recovery Ayurvedic 100% pure essential oil blend for enhanced muscle recovery if required.

Pharmaceutical Grade Epsom Salt Crystal, Okra and Indigo Powder, 100% Pure essential oil blend of Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia, hybrida, latifolia, & stoechas), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), and Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens).

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If pregnant, consult your healthcare provider before use, avoid overheating, and limit soak time to 10-15 minutes. Not recommended for children under 6 years old due to the essential oils.

Soothing recovery.

I love love LOVE this for muscle and body recovery! I've been using this to soak after weight lifting, zumba and yoga. I helps me bounce right back without soreness. My sister had bought these salts for me for a gift and I LOVE them. I as many Minnesotians get dry skin in the winter months and when I use these salts my skin is so soft and not to mention the smell. It is amazing! I will be ordering more.
