Bath: Add 3 to 4 handfuls to running water for a deeply calming, stress-relieving soak.
Consider adding: Our Keep Calm Ayurvedic 100% pure essential oil blend for extreme relaxation if required.

USP Grade Epsom Salt Crystals, Beet Powder, pure essential oil blend of Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), Orange (Citrus paradisi), Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), and Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata).
